iTunes and my brain.
Aug. 29th, 2008 11:07 pmI swear, iTunes can read my mind. I'm sure we've all been like, "WTF, how did my iPod know to play that song right now?!" I'm using my brother's computer. He has 10,000 songs on iTunes. And the second song it plays is one of my favorites by Sarah Maclachlan, "Fear." 10,000 songs and it plays one that always manages to poke right at my soul. Or something less dramatic.
I am in Austin, one of my favorite places. I had dinner with my brother and 10 other gay boys. Seriously, I was the only chick. It was lovely. Now they're off to a party to do all kinds of illicit things, which I passed on. I am missing the party girl gene. It's a problem sometimes.
I was also introduced to Wii Tennis, which OMG I love. I know my arm is not going to be happy about it tomorrow, but it's amazing. I want to take it home with me. I got all sweaty from playing it for 20 minutes. I can dig it.
Tomorrow I will wake up and work out, and then we're going to do all kinds of fun things. Oh, Austin, how I love you.
Also, it's a 3 hour drive from Dallas and I didn't stop anywhere to eat any fast food. There's a Fazoli's in Waco and I managed to completely avoid that. That's actually sort of amazing, and I am proud of my awesomeness.
OMG ARE YOU KIDDING? iTunes is now playing Sweet Child Of Mine! That actually gives me goosebumps. I am sort of freaked out. Weird psychic music players.
Anyway. I hope you all are having lovely weekends and if not, that it gets better.
P.S. The next song is Teen Angst by M83. I've never heard of them, or this song. Way to break a streak, M83!
