For Lent, I am giving up:

1. Gambling - no more lottery tickets, no casinos, no bets, nothing. *Gasp*

2. Any kind of breakfast sandwich - that's right. No Breakfast on a Bun, even though it's only 99 cents right now. No Ultimate Breakfast Sandwich. And.. no Steak, Egg, and Cheese bagel. *sigh*

3. Caffiene in general - This includes chocolate, candy, and coke. No Dr. Pepper, no Coke, No Pepsi, no Recess Pieces or Hershey's. The candy I can deal with, but I've never given up Dr. Pepper and Coke for that long. It should be interesting.

Am I catholic? Nope. Am I going on a diet? Nope. I look at this as a kind of challenge to myself. Six weeks, that's not really a big deal, right?! Oh dear.

Tonight, I'm going to do covert Valentines Day activities. BB goes to one of his old friend's parents house every Wednesday night to watch Dawson's Creek and eat some good food, so I'm going to go over there and put one rose on his car. Then I'm going to haul ass to his house (which is like 30 minutes away) and since I have a key, come in his room and put more roses and a teddy bear and this neato poster I got today somewhere in his room. I don't know if he'll like it or what not, but I know he's not suspecting it.

Nor did I suspect it when I woke up last Valentines Day and walked outside to see he had somehow gotten into my car and filled it with teddy bears, candy, a card, all kinds of neat stuff. Go ahead, say "Ahhhh." It was a very cute thing to do.

So yeah. That's what I'm doing tonight. Right after I take the psychology test from hell. 100 questions! Good God!

I have to interview my creative writing teacher from last semester for the paper. I emailed him about an interview and he wrote back and said, "How's Dawson's Creek doing this year?" Sigh. I can't win with that guy.

Now BB is saying he's not going over there tonight. Well good! I'm glad my plans are therefore ruined! Anyway.
