- Last night at Josh's, his dogs were very happy to see me as usual and gave me doggy kisses. And when I was laying down on the bed to give them doggie rubs, one of them (or both of them) kind of stepped on my head in their moment of joy. So now I have a cut underneath my eye and also next to my eye by my nose. It sort of looks like someone punched me in the face with brass knuckles. I think that's an awesome look to have and by no means will someone think that my boyfriend beats me. Okay, I may be exaggerating a little, but here is a camera phone representation:
I just hope it goes away by next Saturday. Rawr.
- I am kind of obsessed with Entourage at this time, if you haven't noticed. I love Ari, so very much, but I've always had a kind of fascination with Jeremy Piven that goes back to when he was in Singles for 2 seconds. Love that movie.
But there's 2 things I don't like so much about it. First of all, the representation of women is admittedly pretty terrible. I get that, and I appreciate it. But it's still pretty entertaining, and if that makes me a bad voice for my gender, well, I never said I was a good one.
Second, everyone calls Eric "E." This has started to really, really get on my nerves. It's not like his name is hard to say. It's not like it's a long name. It's 4 letters, 2 syllables, so why does everyone have to shorten it even more by calling him "E"? I don't get it. And I think it's dumb.
- I am working today. Yay overtime!
- My weird Pearl Jam streak continues, as I heard their cover of Last Kiss on the radio last night, and then I changed the channel and "Alive" was on. And when I got in the car with my brother earlier that day, "Black", which is probably top 10 in my list of favorite songs, was on. What the shit? They are on tour right now, but they're not coming here. So I don't get what's happening with all the Pearl Jam. I don't have a problem with it, but it admittedly is freaking me out a little.
- I should probably work now.
