Sep. 2nd, 2001 10:18 pmSo I thought of a story to write for my class, but when I really thought about it, it seemed a little too tabloidy for my class. I mean, it's a typical "Mom has abortion when I'm a little girl, she dies, I lose out on a sibling and a mom, I turn anti abortion and do rallies and such, my best friend gets pregnant by my boyfriend and has an abortion, they eventually get married and I'm bitter at life in general" kind of story, but I dunno. I think I can do better than that.
Is it just me or does Julianne Moore just totally suck in Hannibal? She looks like she's just reading the script word by word, so mechanical. I listened to the book on tape last year, and I'm just really dissapointed in the movie. I didn't really like the tape at first, because the author, Thomas Harris, read it, and he had a disturbing southern accent. But I kinda got used to the accent and actually looked forward to it once I got into the book.
Anyway.
I bought Peanut Butter Kudos again at Target last night. I shouldn't do that, because if I eat one, I have to eat three more after that. Oh, dear.
Now, Davey, I consider you the bestest friend I have on this stupid place, but if you call my dog stupid again I'm going to fly my ass to Canada and.. and.. do bad things. He's my baby.
Damn, Anthony Hopkins is all kinds of fine looking in this movie. Gimme some!
Since I haven't done it for a while, here's the lyrics to My Michele, by Guns N Roses.

MyMichele, Guns N Roses
Your daddy works in porno
Now that mommy's not around
She used to love her heroin
But now she's underground
So you stay out late at night
And you do your coke for free
Drivin' your friends crazy
With your life's insanity
Well, well, well you just can't tell
Well, well, well my Michelle
Sowin' all your wild oats
In another's luxuries
Yesterday was Tuesday
Maybe Thursday you can sleep
But school starts much too early
And this hotel wasn't free
So party till your connection call
Honey I'll return the key
Well, well, well you just can't tell
Well, well, well my Michelle
Well, well, well you never can tell
Well, well, well my Michelle
Everyone needs love
You know that it's true
Someday you'll find someone
That'll fall in love with you
But oh the time it takes
When you're all alone
Someday you'll find someone
That you can call your own
But till then ya better...
Now you're clean
And so discreet
I won't say a word
But most of all this song is true
Case you haven't heard
So c'mon and stop your cryin'
'Cause we both know money burns
Honey don't stop tryin;
An you'll get what you deserve
